What is the Emotion Code?

The Emotion Code is a section within the Body Code that focuses specifically on identifying and releasing trapped emotions. Emotions are made of energy, and when we go through intense or emotionally painful experiences, that energy can become trapped in the body.
Over time, these trapped emotions can become part of the emotional baggage we carry, contributing to emotional stress, physical discomfort, feelings of heaviness, or difficulty moving forward from painful past experiences. Through muscle testing, the trapped emotion is identified, along with any additional details needed for release.
I specialize in helping identify and release trapped emotions, ease emotional stress, rewire subconscious beliefs, and get to the root of what may be affecting you, your child, or even your pets.
What is a Heart-Wall?

Sometimes trapped emotions can become lodged around the heart and create what is known as a Heart-Wall.
Many of us may experience this at some point in life, whether through the end of a relationship, the loss of someone close, a painful interaction, words that cut deeply, or any other emotionally painful experience. The heart lies at the center of our being. Some research suggests it may function like a second brain. It is through the heart that we give and receive love, which also makes it vulnerable to emotional injury. In the same way trapped emotions can become stored elsewhere in the body, they can also become trapped in and around the heart.
Because trapped emotions are made of energy, the subconscious mind may use that energy to build a protective wall around the heart. This is what is referred to as a Heart-Wall. While this response may serve as a form of protection, it can also leave you feeling more closed off from people, experiences, and opportunities you may otherwise have been more open to.
Heart-Walls may also interfere with the natural flow of energy throughout the body. When that flow is disrupted, it may become more difficult for the body to maintain balance, which can contribute to both physical and emotional discomfort. Heart-Walls are often associated with pain or tension in the shoulders, chest, neck, and back.
A Heart-Wall may also prevent you from fully opening your heart to others. It can dull emotional connection, making it harder to deeply feel, connect, or relate to the people you care about. It may also hold you back from fully stepping into your true potential.
When a Heart-Wall is removed, the shift can be profound. Some people notice changes right away, while others experience them more gradually over time.
If you would like a Heart-Wall clearing, please indicate this on your consent form. Heart-Wall clearing is offered within the 30-minute Emotion Code sessions and may require more than one session to complete, depending on what comes forward.
