What is the Emotion Code?

The Emotion Code is a section within the Body Code that focuses specifically on identifying and releasing trapped emotions. Emotions are made of energy, and when we go through intense emotional experiences, that energy can become trapped in the body.
Trapped emotions may contribute to physical discomfort, weakness, or difficulty moving forward from emotional trauma. To release a trapped emotion, muscle testing is used to identify which emotion is trapped, along with any additional details needed to release it.
I specialize in helping identify and release trapped emotions, ease anxiety and emotional stress, rewire subconscious beliefs, and get to the root of what may be affecting you, your child, or even your pets.

What is a Heart-Wall
Sometimes trapped emotions can become lodged around the heart and create what is known as a Heart-Wall.
Many of us may have experienced this at some point in life, whether after the end of a relationship, the loss of someone close, or even from a deeply hurtful comment. The heart lies at the center of our being. Some research suggests the heart may function like a second brain. It is through the heart that we give and receive love, which also makes it vulnerable to emotional injury. In the same way trapped emotions can become stored elsewhere in the body, they can also become trapped in and around the heart.
Because a trapped emotion is made of energy, the subconscious mind may use that energy to build a protective wall around the heart. This is what is referred to as a Heart-Wall. A Heart-Wall can close you off from people, experiences, and opportunities you may otherwise have been more open to if that wall were not in place.
Heart-Walls can also interfere with the natural flow of energy throughout the body. When energy flow is disrupted, it may become more difficult for the body to heal itself, which can contribute to both physical and emotional discomfort. Heart-Walls are often associated with pain or tension in the shoulders, chest, neck, and back.
A Heart-Wall may also prevent you from fully opening your heart to others. It can dull emotional connection, making it harder to deeply feel, connect, or relate to the people you care about.
When a Heart-Wall is removed, the shift can be profound. Some people notice changes right away, while others experience them more gradually over time.
If you would like a Heart-Wall clearing, please indicate this on your consent form. Heart-Wall clearing is offered within the 30-minute Emotion Code sessions and may require more than one session to complete, depending on what comes forward.
