What is the Belief Code?

A belief is a subconscious filter that shapes how you see yourself, others, and the world around you. Some beliefs support growth, confidence, and clarity, while others can quietly limit what you feel capable of receiving, becoming, or creating.

Belief systems can include negative programs, limiting beliefs, faulty core beliefs, broadcast messages, images, trapped emotions, and more.

Using muscle testing, the Belief Code helps identify and release the subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back from feeling aligned, moving forward, and reaching your goals.

Faulty Core Identity

A Faulty Core Identity is the deepest origin point of a belief system. These beliefs often begin in childhood, when we absorb messages, experiences, and emotions before we know how to question them.

Over time, they can become so closely tied to our identity that we may not even recognize them as beliefs anymore.

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting Beliefs are subconscious thoughts or assumptions that shape what we believe is possible for ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.

These beliefs may sit quietly beneath the surface, influencing our choices, reactions, and patterns without us realizing they are there.

Faulty Core Belief

A Faulty Core Belief is a central belief that begins to grow when it is reinforced by emotions, experiences, or repeated patterns.

 

Over time, it can branch into additional beliefs and become part of a larger belief system that influences how we think, feel, and respond.

Negative Programs

Negative Programs are the most noticeable result of a Faulty Belief System. They often show up as automatic thoughts, negative self-talk, or repetitive mental chatter.

Because they sit closest to the surface, they may be easier to recognize, but they are often connected to deeper beliefs underneath.
